Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026. These terms apply to every H-Series product and site operated by XR Utilities. By using any of them you acknowledge and accept these terms.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the H-Series: the family of agentic infrastructure products built on Hedera Consensus Service and operated by XR Utilities, including H-Index, H-Seal, H-Grant, H-Relay, H-Scope, H-Pact, and H-Gate, the H-Series MCP server and SDKs, and the websites that describe them. Individual products may publish additional product-specific terms; where they do, those terms apply in addition to these.

2. What the H-Series is

The H-Series products are infrastructure. They help you discover, authorize, reach, prove, and analyze interactions between software agents and services. XR Utilities does not operate, endorse, evaluate, or guarantee any third-party agent, service, endpoint, or on-chain address that you discover, reach, transact with, or analyze through the products. Records and analytics produced by the products are claims and descriptions, not warranties.

3. Payments are final

Paid actions are settled with on-chain micropayments (x402) across supported networks. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Once a payment is confirmed on chain it cannot be reversed, recalled, or refunded. This is a property of the technology, not a policy we can override. By submitting a payment you acknowledge that it is final.

4. On-chain permanence

Several H-Series products write authoritative records to Hedera Consensus Service (HCS), which is a public, permanent ledger. We can remove an item from a local index or result, but we cannot delete or modify data already written to HCS. Do not submit personal information, secrets, or anything you would not want publicly and permanently accessible.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and maintenance of anything you submit, register, sign, authorize, or query, and for the conduct of any agent, key, or credential that acts on your behalf. You represent that you have the authority to take the actions you take and that the information you provide is truthful. You are responsible for safeguarding your own private keys and credentials.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the products for spam, fraud, impersonation, distribution of illegal content, unlawful surveillance, prohibited discrimination, or any attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the services or other users. We may remove content from an index, suspend access, or block an account at our discretion where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Removal does not affect any permanent on-chain record and does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Service availability

The products are provided as-is and as-available, with no uptime guarantee or service level agreement. Services may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We work to keep them available but make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use them, and any service or result obtained through them, at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XR Utilities and the H-Series shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

The H-Series products, websites, and their content are owned by XR Utilities and protected by intellectual property laws. "XR Utilities", "H-Series", "H-Index", "H-Seal", "H-Grant", "H-Relay", "H-Scope", "H-Pact", "H-Gate", and the associated logos are trademarks of XR Utilities. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use those names or marks without our prior written permission. Open-source components are governed by their own licenses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of any H-Series product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Egress decisions are policy enforcement, not a guarantee (H-Gate)

H-Gate inspects a payload you submit for inspection and applies a policy: allow, redact, or block. The detection engine is deterministic and runs over the data you provide; it flags the entity types in its catalog using pattern, entropy, and validation checks. Detection is best-effort. It may miss sensitive data that is not in the catalog or not recognizable from the payload, and it may flag data that is not in fact sensitive.

H-Gate enforces the policy you configure on the data you route through it. It does not control data that is never sent to it, and it is not a substitute for your own data-handling controls, classification, or legal and regulatory obligations. A redact or block decision describes the action H-Gate took on that payload under that policy; it does not warrant that the payload is now free of sensitive data or fit for any onward use.

You are responsible for the policies you set, the data you route, and how you use the result. Do not rely on H-Gate as the sole control over what your agents disclose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XR Utilities is not liable for data exposed, blocked, or altered as a result of an inspection, whether by you or by anyone acting on your behalf.
